SANY Group Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Direct message the job poster from SANY Group The Service Engineer is responsible for performing technical service operations, including installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SANY machinery and equipment. This role is critical in supporting customer satisfaction and ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products in the field. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on SANY equipment such as cranes, excavators, concrete machinery, and mining trucks. Conduct pre-delivery inspections, on-site installations, and commissioning of new units. Execute preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment manuals and company guidelines. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and mechanical issues at customer sites. Maintain accurate service reports, warranty documentation, and technical logs . Coordinate with China-based engineers for major repairs or advanced diagnostics. Ensure that all work is done in compliance with safety standards and protocols . Provide technical training and guidance to customer operators and maintenance personnel. Handle emergency field service requests and complete assignments within required timelines. Ensure the proper use and care of service tools, company vehicles, and equipment . Support after-sales teams in warranty claims and customer satisfaction follow-ups. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics , or related technical courses. PRC license is an advantage but not mandatory . At least 1–2 years of experience in servicing construction or heavy equipment; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical controls . Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics . Valid driver’s license (restriction based on type of vehicle required) is mandatory . Willing to travel and render field work across the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao). Good communication skills; ability to write reports and explain technical matters to non-technical personnel. Can work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
