Kantanna is looking for a highly motivated Sr. IT Sales Representativeto generate new business opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients. Our company specializes in IT Security and Compliance servicessuch as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and ACSC Essential 8, helping businesses strengthen their cybersecurity posture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, making daily calls, conducting LinkedIn outreach, and engaging in other prospecting activities to build a strong sales pipeline. The primary goalis to secure meetings with decision-makerswho need IT security and compliance solutions. You will also assist with sales administration tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound callsto potential clients to introduce Kantanna’s IT security services.
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreachand email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trendsand compliance requirements to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Support general sales admin tasks as needed.

  • 2+ yearsof experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT or cybersecurity).
  • Strong understanding of IT security, compliance, or managed servicesis a plus.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiationskills.
  • Ability to confidently speak with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • OTE Salary including commissions and bonuses:Php 80,000 to Php 150,000 (based on experience and performance)
  • HMO:Provided according to company policy
  • Work Setup:Hybrid (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite)
  • Work Hours:Monday to Friday - Australia/Syndey Time.
  • Equipment:Laptop, corporate email address, and extension number provided
