About the Client Our client is a young, experimental architecture and project management office located in District 4, Zurich. We develop, plan, and build projects of various scales, including museum renovations, commercial properties, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and cooperative housing. Our services encompass everything from strategic planning to financing concepts, project planning, implementation, and turnkey delivery. About the Role We are looking for an experienced architect with at least five years of professional experience, who is accustomed to working independently and remotely. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world and requires a high degree of initiative, structure, and a strong sense of responsibility. What you’ll do Independent planning and handling of architecture projects Development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion Responsibility for project coordination, management, and execution Leading and guiding team members within the project team Close collaboration with internal and external partners Ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget compliance Documentation and presentation of projects Continuous evaluation of existing processes and active contribution to improvements, e.g., through the use of new technologies and AI-supported tools What You Bring Completed degree in architecture from one of the world\'s top 100 universities: preferably from a European university or the University of the Philippines Diliman At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect At least 3 years of practical experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of construction methods Interest in Swiss building culture and willingness to actively familiarize yourself with local conditions Willingness to proactively engage with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks Experience in leading and coordinating team members Ability to work independently, in a structured, forward-thinking, and responsible manner Team player with an interest in contributing to a young, dynamic team Openness to the latest technical possibilities and motivation to drive innovation in processes What We Expect from Your Portfolio Proof of your previous project experience Clear presentation of your specific role and responsibilities within these projects Examples of managing and supporting architectural projects through various project phases Hiring Process We utilize AI tools to enhance our hiring efficiency and ensure a fair evaluation of all candidates.
