Position Details

Role: Senior Accountant

Location: 1880 Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift

Your Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record transactional activity in the general ledger in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly internal financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Complete all scheduled and ad hoc financial reporting requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure accounting records are in full compliance with GAAP and internal policies across all business units.
  • Manage billing processes, including tracking, issuing, and following up on invoices for company-owned venues.
  • Post daily venue revenue and month-end journal entries.
  • Assist with monthly development project billings, including service fees and reimbursable expenses.
  • Prepare intercompany cost allocations and ensure consistency across entities.
  • Audit team member expense reports for compliance, correct coding, and proper allocations.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for audits and internal use.
  • Respond to accounting-related inquiries from team members and external parties.
  • Support the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring efficiency.
  • Review daily safe audits for owned venues and follow up on variances as needed.
  • Collaborate with upper management on special projects and process improvements.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support the team’s objectives.
Qualifications: Non-negotiables:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior accountant, or at least 6 years of general accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP.
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with Compeat, Micros, or other POS and accounting systems.
  • Hospitality or multi-venue experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
