Additionally, provide expert support and leadership in tax and accounting operations under U.S. regulations, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and excellence in tax and accounting execution. Key Responsibilities Design, structure, and implement training programs on US Taxes and US GAAP . Lead the internal training academy focused on U.S. tax and accounting topics. Deliver technical and practical training sessions to accountants and analysts. Oversee and support tax and accounting operations under U.S. regulations. Provide expert assistance during audits, tax reviews, and complex accounting reconciliations. Keep training materials and content updated according to IRS and US GAAP regulatory changes. Evaluate training program effectiveness through performance indicators. Coordinate with Finance , Audit , and Learning & Development to align training strategy with business objectives. Academic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Postgraduate studies in Taxation, International Finance, or Accounting Standards (preferred). CPA (Certified Public Accountant) highly valued. Certifications in US GAAP and US Taxation (mandatory). Required Experience 5–8 years of experience in tax and accounting roles applying US GAAP and IRS regulations (required ). Proven track record supervising teams in tax operations under U.S. regulations (required ). Experience leading training programs on tax and accounting topics (preferred ). Background in multinational audit or consulting firms (Big Four or similar) (preferred ). Technical Knowledge & Tools U.S. tax and accounting regulations: US GAAP , IRS Code, and state regulations. Accounting/tax software: Drake, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, QuickBooks, NetSuite (preferred). Advanced Excel skills. Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1). Soft Skills Pedagogical and technical leadership. Effective communication in technical contexts. Mentoring and team support. Critical thinking and attention to detail. Adaptability to regulatory changes.
