You will make a direct impact by: Collaborating with designers and product managers to turn innovative ideas into high-quality software. Building responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using frameworks like React or Angular. Developing secure and efficient back-end services and databases using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. Improving our entire codebase through active participation in code reviews and team problem-solving sessions. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. You have a solid understanding of the Agile software development lifecycle. Technical Skills: You\'re experienced with version control (Git) and RESTful APIs. Non-Negotiables: You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. You\'re a strong communicator who works well in a collaborative team. You can work full-time, Hybrid in our Cebu IT Park office. Bonus Points: You have experience in the education technology (EdTech) sector. You\'re familiar with cloud services like AWS or Azure. You have hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or building AI-powered apps.
