Job Summary

The Mid-Full Stack Engineer is responsible for building reusable UI components, developing API endpoints, writing database queries, and ensuring application responsiveness and scalability. This role collaborates closely with UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop reusable UI components and responsive web pages based on UX specifications.
  • Integrate APIs and implement user experiences according to design requirements.
  • Design and develop APIs that align with business logic and follow industry best practices.
  • Manage technical product releases, including code commits and pull requests.
  • Write clean, optimized, and reusable code in Java and JavaScript (ReactJS & NodeJS).
  • Implement unit tests, conduct code reviews, refactor code, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Translate technical requirements into engaging user interfaces and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
  • Engineering teams to maintain code consistency.
  • QA teams for testing and bug resolution.
  • DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and security standards.

  • Project Managers for requirements gathering and sprint planning.

  • QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

Proficient in:

  • Java and its latest frameworks.
  • JavaScript, including modern frameworks such as ReactJS and NodeJS.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly MySQL, and advanced SQL scripting skills.

Working knowledge of:

  • Agile Methodology, with active participation in standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Unit testing practices.
  • Microservices architecture.
  • CRM platforms, such as Zoho.
  • CMS tools, including Storyblok and AWS S3.
