Your Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer , you’ll play a key role in designing and developing solutions across the stack - from scalable backend services to intuitive front-end interfaces. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to build systems that bridge the gap between hardware and software, while upholding InspireX’s commitment to quality, security, and performance. You’ll also have opportunities to explore AI integration, real-time communication frameworks , and cross-platform development that elevate user experiences in professional AV environments. What You’ll Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services using NodeJS, Java, .NET, or similar enterprise frameworks Develop modern, responsive frontends using Angular, React, or Vue.js Integrate with AV device APIs, control systems, and networked communication protocols Build RESTful APIs and microservices for interoperability between devices and platforms Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to deliver scalable, secure solutions Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure seamless end-to-end system integration Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design workshops Mentor team members and help shape engineering best practices Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and quality standards across the team What You Bring 5+ years of experience in full stack software development Strong proficiency in NodeJS, Java, C#, or another major backend language Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) Experience working with Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS for building responsive, component-driven interfaces. Understanding of networked systems, APIs, and real-time communication (e.g. WebSocket, MQTT, SignalR) Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to performance, scalability, and security A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in distributed global teams Experience or interest in Audio Visual, embedded, or IoT environments is highly desirable Why Join Our IX Collective At InspireX, We Believe In a People First & #GotYourBack Mentality.
