Participate in design reviews to offer input on functional requirements, product designs, and usability. Ensure alignment with project deadlines through prompt and precise testing cycles. Set up test environments and prepare necessary testing data before starting test cases. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and quality assurance best practices. Provide training and support to junior QA team members as needed for knowledge transfer. Assist in risk assessment for potential bugs during all stages of the software development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. Proven experience as a QA Analyst, Tester, or similar role in software development. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes are essential. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented approach to tasks. Familiarity with various testing techniques, including automated and manual testing practices. Experienced in using bug tracking tools and software development management software. Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate efficiently with development teams.
