Senior Business Analyst

FPT Smart Cloud is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our Cloud PaaS Center. You’ll work with product managers and engineers to analyze business needs, define clear requirements, and shape innovative cloud solutions for enterprise customers. Function of the position: Participate in developing products on the FPT Smart Cloud PaaS platform.

Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for receiving product development requests, analyzing and advising feasible solutions for the Board of Directors/Product Owner, and being responsible for transforming these requirements into actual products.

• Receive requests for new development or product enhancements, processes, features, etc., from stakeholders (Board of Directors, Product Owner, sales, customers).
• Research technology and other providers, assess system impacts to advise feasible solutions/implementation plans for the Board of Directors/Product Owner.
• Create detailed documentation to describe requirements for the product development team (development/testing, etc.), ensuring quality criteria of Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) according to Agile practices.
• Support and participate in the testing process to ensure the developed outcomes meet initial requirements, including interface, integration, and logic processing within the system.
• Prepare necessary resources for product launch (Go to Market).
• Participate in training and internal communication (within the center and company) to introduce the product to sales channels and internal teams.
• Participate in training and preparing necessary resources to hand over product operations to the SRE division, Operations Center, and Customer Support.

• Act as the primary point of contact for development requests within the product team.
• Support Sales and Presales during customer engagement and consultation.
• Assist SRE, Operations Center, and Customer Support to resolve inquiries and support customers in meeting the company’s SLA.
• Monitor and evaluate the business performance and operation of the assigned product.
• Participate in and propose improvements to the product, processes, and quality within the Scrum team, center, and company.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO).
• Experience in deploying/operating large-scale systems (>1 million users) or core processing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor degree in Technology, IT, telecommunications.
• Good analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge in Design thinking is an advantage.
• Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

• Working Location: Site Hanoi: 7th Floor, FPT Tower, no. 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Dich Vong ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
• Working hours: 8h30 AM – 12h00 PM; 1h00 PM – 5h30 PM
