Lead end-to-end financial strategy and decision-making Influence key business decisions through financial insights About Our Client The client delivers end-to-end digital commerce solutions, helping brands craft and share their unique stories throughout the entire online customer experience Job Description Lead and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by analyzing performance, identifying risks, and developing data-driven financial models to support strategic decisions. Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, BIR), including the accurate and timely submission of financial reports and filings. Oversee and optimize all core finance operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Develop and implement effective financial strategies. Supervise and guide the accounting team to achieve organizational goals. Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. Identify and address areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Lead should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in the ecommerce/retail/fmcg industry is preferred. Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is an advantage. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
