With a footprint across multiple continents, they are committed to optimizing liquidity and financial controls through a shared services approach. Job Description Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals in a global treasury environment Oversee daily liquidity reporting and ensure funding readiness across regions Manage internal funding requests and coordinate approvals with global stakeholders Administer a large portfolio of financial instruments, including guarantees Strengthen compliance and internal controls across treasury processes Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows and documentation Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with service standards Support and lead treasury-related projects in collaboration with global teams Review and present periodic financial reports to senior stakeholders Maximize system utilization for transaction processing and reporting Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and accuracy Provide ad hoc support to global treasury initiatives as needed The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience in global treasury operations 2+ years of experience managing teams in a shared services or BPO environment Strong understanding of financial instruments and intercompany transactions Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with treasury systems and reporting tools Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Permanent role with career growth in a global organization Opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a dynamic finance hub #J-18808-Ljbffr
