Role Description

This is a
full-time hybrid role
for a Finance and Accounting Team Lead, located in BGC, Taguig. The Finance and Accounting Team Lead (TL) will handle daily end-to-end accounting tasks and supervise an accounting team. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, journal entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and financial reporting. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with team members to optimize financial workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of end-to-end Accounting Experience Supporting US Clients
  • 2-3 Years of experience handling an Accounting Team
  • Proficiency in Bank Recon and Payroll Review
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
