Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in the SAP S/4HANA FICO module, with a proven track record in leading greenfield implementations. The role involves gathering customer requirements, conducting fit-to-standard workshops, configuring, and designing custom builds, as well as performing testing and providing ongoing support during and after implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP S/4HANA FICO module implementation, with at least two successful greenfield implementations.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP standards.
  • Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to assess business processes and identify gaps.
  • Configure and design custom solutions for SAP S/4HANA Finance module.
  • Perform functional and system testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers during UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Oversee the implementation and successful Go-Live of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Offer post-Go-Live support to ensure continued system performance and address any issues.
Required Skills And Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO module.
  • Minimum of 2 successful greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and customization.
  • Experience In Conducting Workshops And Gathering Business Requirements.
  • Excellent testing skills including functional and system testing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive in providing post-Go-Live support and troubleshooting issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP Certification in FICO (or similar relevant certifications) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
