Responsibilities Manage and enhance a company's brand reputation or identity Help promote brand uniformity and ensure brand consistency Coordinate objectives with creative, marketing, product management, sales and other departments Analyze and support both category and product marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve monthly or annual goals Develop and implement brand management plans and identify brand-building ideas Create and improve agency and partner relationships Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning Generate and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies Organize and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external clients Create monthly content and product ad plans Provide design and direction for marketing collateral, web and other visual communications media for the company Assist in the creation and refinement of graphic standards and visual brand strategies Monitor performance of ads or campaign on social media and other platforms as well as digital marketing trends and innovation Create and deliver marketing copy and presentation Performs other important or urgent tasks as requested by immediate supervisor Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field At least 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in consumer goods or appliances Proven background in brand planning, digital marketing, and campaign execution Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research and consumer insights Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strategic and creative mindset Seniorities and Employment Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Marketing and Sales Industries : Consumer Goods #J-18808-Ljbffr
