Role Description – Sales & Business Development Officer This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cainta, Rizal. The Sales & Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across HubAvenue’s brands. The role involves performing market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for retail, lifestyle, and the liquor industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management is a plus Open to Fresh Graduates Strong analytical and market research skills to identify and pursue business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and basic CRM tools is an advantage. Experience in the retail, liquor, or wholesale industry is a plus Highly motivated, professional, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
