Let’s talk about how we can empower you with your skills in your next career opportunities We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior .NET Core Developer to design and build modern, high-performing applications using C# , .NET Core , and contemporary front-end frameworks. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Information Technology , the .NET Core Developer will play a key role in developing innovative new applications and enhancing existing systems. You will leverage modern technologies like React and Telerik to create efficient, intuitive, and scalable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain innovative applications using .NET Core (C#) , React , and Telerik frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions . Enhance and modernize existing VB.NET applications, ensuring compatibility and performance within the .NET Core environment. Integrate internal and external systems using REST-based APIs . Ensure high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and design patterns. Conduct code reviews , testing , and debugging to ensure application reliability and security. Optimize application performance and scalability across the enterprise. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Experience Expertise in C# and .NET Core development. Proficiency with Visual Studio , React , and Telerik UI components. Strong understanding of ASP.NET , Entity Framework , and RESTful API development . Experience with SQL Server , MySQL , or other relational databases. Familiarity with Reporting Services (e.g., SSRS , Power BI ). Experience implementing and executing unit tests and automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and version control (Git). Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying applications within a Microsoft .NET ecosystem . Strong problem-solving , analytical , and debugging skills. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under pressure . Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and technology modernization. Bonus Skills Experience maintaining or modernizing VB.NET applications. Familiarity with Blazor or other component-based frameworks.
