Are you detail-oriented, creative, and proactive with a passion for design and marketing? We are looking for a Virtual Pre‑Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our clients in the fast-paced promotional products industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of client outreach, digital marketing, and brand impact, working closely with a dynamic and creative team.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIESAnalytical Thinking: Uses AI and research tools to derive valuable insights for outreach and campaign strategy.
Design Fluency: Able to design visually compelling assets using Canva, maintaining brand standards.
Communication Skills: Writes clear, persuasive, and professional messages for client outreach and internal coordination.
Creativity: Brings fresh ideas to gifting, social content, and branding.
Organizational Skills: Manages multiple tools, timelines, and content calendars with precision.
Marketing Acumen: Understands the impact of personalized outreach and visual storytelling on engagement.
Pre-Sales Research & Outreach
Use AI tools and platforms to gather company/client insights including key roles, industry updates, and milestones.
Translate insights into strategic outreach messages and product recommendations that resonate with prospects.
Spec Gifting Strategy & Execution
Build and maintain a gifting playbook with thoughtful spec sample ideas customized to client interests.
Coordinate logistics, timelines, budgets, and track engagement and ROI for all gifting initiatives.
Asset Design & Social Media
Create high-quality Canva designs for client decks, social media, and sales presentations that follow brand guidelines.
Assist with the production of 2–4 social posts weekly and provide performance analysis and reporting.
Website Maintenance (Sage)
Regularly update product pages, visuals, case studies, and content on the Sage-powered website.
Ensure accuracy and functionality of formatting, layout, and file versions.
Tool Management & Brand Compliance
Oversee project and asset organization via monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Sage Web.
Maintain brand consistency in all deliverables including typography, color palettes, and correct file formats.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, virtual assistance, or promotional sourcing.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient with Canva, monday.com, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and Sage Web.
Skilled in using AI tools for research and campaign enhancement.
Marketing Background: Knowledge of social media scheduling, basic analytics, and branding best practices.
Professional Traits: Excellent written English, attention to detail, a creative mind, and proactive mindset.Experience with corporate promotional gifting or sourcing
Advanced social media analytics skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000
Work Type: Fully remote, full-time
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM CST, Monday to Friday
