Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, coordination of photoshoots, and supplier liaison. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities Social Media Management – Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Viber, Pinterest, and TikTok. Create engaging and compelling post copies tailored for each platform. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience effectively. Assist in managing and maintaining our social media accounts to increase engagement and followers. Help create and schedule social media posts, including visuals and captions. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms. Contribute ideas for engaging content, such as product descriptions, blog posts, and email newsletters. Content Creation – Assist in copywriting for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Photoshoot Coordination – Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to coordinate photoshoots, ensuring all elements align with the brand's vision. Supplier Coordination – Liaise with suppliers for offline marketing needs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality materials. Paid Advertising – Manage paid advertising campaigns (meta) to maximize ROI and increase brand visibility. Data Analysis and Reporting – Assist in monitoring the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Analyze key metrics and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness. Help optimize website content and user journeys for improved user experience. Market Research and Learning – Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools, sharing insights with the team. Learn and grow within the role, gaining experience and knowledge in the field. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for strategic planning. Events and Initiatives – Support the marketing team in organizing events, webinars, and online initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and coordination of marketing activities. Familiarity with paid advertising platforms, particularly meta advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Knowledge of website management and experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
