• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Create financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Pryudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Financial Management and Management Accounting; 3 to 5 years of related experience; skills in Quickbooks or any online accounting system; experience in general accounting, taxation and in the retail and service industry.

• Duties and Responsibilities: Comprehensive Budget and Budgetary Control including initiating company-wide budget planning, cost analysis, and consolidation for CFO presentation; budgetary control with cost-saving analyses; financial management reporting both internal and external (SEC forms as required); and ad hoc reporting as requested by CFO or top management.

Requirements include bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; master’s degree or professional certification preferred; 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance or related field with strong financial modeling and leadership skills; willingness to work onsite in Taguig.

Job Description (summary)

This is a hybrid/remote role combining executive support to the CEO/President with overarching financial management responsibilities. The client is a leading international brand with manufacturing operations across multiple regions.

• Primary Responsibilities: Administrative support including managing CEO schedules, coordinating meetings/travel, liaison with stakeholders, and preparing briefing materials; strategic support with research, data analysis, and reports for executive decision-making.
• Financial Operations: Lead the finance team using Xero for invoicing, payroll, financial reporting, and taxation; oversee bank reconciliations, expense management, tax compliance, and project/plant financials; develop financial policies, models, and projections; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Timeline & Deliverables: day plans, including assessing current processes, integrating into executive calendar management, and delivering financial insights and regular reporting.
• Screening/Qualifications: Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, accounting or related field; hybrid experience in admin support and financial management; proficiency in MS Office, Xero; strong leadership and communication skills.
