Quasset is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in the Philippines. This is a key role in our growing international organization, with the potential to grow into a more senior leadership position over time.

You’ll be joining a team that works at the forefront of technology, helping clients around the world implement innovations in inspection, asset integrity, and robotics. With offices in the Netherlands, the United States, and the Philippines, we are active across industries and continents.

In Makati, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team that works closely together. We are looking for someone who brings financial expertise, is eager to grow, and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and business insights
  • Ensure compliance with local and international tax requirements, including profit tax, sales tax, and HR/payroll filings
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and budgeting
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
  • Work closely with the CFO (based in Europe) and support cross-border operations in the Netherlands and the United States
  • Help lay the foundation for future growth and expansion
  • Potential for future travel to Europe for onboarding and collaboration
Requirements
  • CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally with international exposure
  • Strong understanding of tax and compliance requirements in the Philippines
  • Comfortable working across borders and time zones
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly and directly
  • Comfortable in a flexible, open, and respectful work culture
  • Willing to be part of a social, energetic team that enjoys Friday office days and spending time together outside of work

  • Competitive monthly salary: PHP 100,000–140,000
  • Hybrid working setup: work from home Monday–Thursday, in the Makati office on Fridays
