Job Description

As Finance Manager, you will lead the finance function, drive financial strategy, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will oversee accounting and finance activities, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and provide insights to support business growth.

• Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in compliance with local standards and US GAAP; ensure timely month-end closings; analyze data to support strategic decisions; lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; align local GL accounts with HFM codes.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash operations; optimise working capital; advise on liquidity strategies.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements; lead audit planning and reporting; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Financial Systems & Process Improvement: Draft and review policies; improve systems and reporting accuracy; leverage technology.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop the finance team; oversee recruitment and performance development; partner with cross-functional teams.

About You

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 15+ years in accounting/finance/ controllership
• Experience with joint ventures or complex ownership structures (preferred)
• Strong experience with HFM and financial reporting systems
• Advanced Excel; tech-savvy; ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with minority shareholders/Boards
