Leads a Circle mainly composed of customer loyalty teams (CLTs) and is responsible for dividing work volume and customer/product groups across the CLTs. Establishes new retail banking operational processes and services while adapting operating models and organizational structures as the business evolves. Deepens expertise within the Circle to provide customers with the best possible services. Motivates team members in self-steering teams to support employees in achieving their goals. Coaches, mentors, motivates, challenges, develops, and recognizes CLTs continuously. Promotes an inclusive Orange Behavior culture where everyone performs at their best, aligned with the One Agile Way of Working. Fosters collaboration within the CLTs and with various stakeholders, helping others understand and build influence within a network. Applies Step Up Performance Management effectively, maintaining ongoing conversations with direct reports. Ensures the right people are in the right roles at the right time by anticipating attrition. Handles escalations for complex and high-risk issues, advising strategic management on measures and providing permanent solutions.
