As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and security. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems. Ensure the availability and security of the company's data and systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues. Manage user accounts and access rights. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking. Strong background in IT asset management, documentation practices, and access reviews. Knowledge of security protocols and measures to protect data and systems; Basic understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, or ISO 27001. Hands-on experience with system setup, deployment, and maintenance across PCs, mobile devices, IoT, and endpoint management tools, including patch management. Experience in managing and implementing Antivirus (AV) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions. Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding workflows and proficiency with automation tools (scripting or no-code). Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Ability to evaluate, test, and implement emerging technologies to strengthen IT operations. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSE) would be a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits PHP 60-80k basic salary per month depending on experience level, plus bonus incentives for strong performance.
