Responsibilities

  1. Monitor the progress of the work in assigned area of responsibility.
  2. Weigh prioritization of the work to be done and divide it among the appropriate laborers.
  3. Assess the performance of the workers and motivate the underperformers to give their optimum performance.
  4. Ensure that all the tools, machineries/ equipment and materials required for construction are available on the site.
  5. Ensure that all the work on the construction site is done by following the necessary safety measures and workers are in their PPEs.
  6. Responsible for ensuring that the intermediate milestones in the construction work are being completed within the stipulated deadlines.
  7. Coordinate with the site engineers, supervisors, and construction management to ensure smooth functioning at the construction site.
  8. Responsibilities also include maintenance of the inventory and inventory material. He is required to document the inventory material, outgoing and incoming materials in the inventory and purchase orders.
  9. Log daily activities and submit report to the Office.
  10. Attend meetings called by Project Engineer/ Manager.
  11. Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualifications

Education: BS in CIVIL ENGINEERING

Licenses/Certificates: PRC License

Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience in the construction of roads and bridges

Skills/Additional requirements:

  1. Leadership skills
  2. Good in oral and written communications skills
  3. Willing to deploy in Project Site (Cotabato City, Mindanao)
