The Head of Finance will lead the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Corporate Accounting functions, driving strategic financial initiatives to support long-term growth in a dynamic B2B environment. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proven expertise in forecasting and reporting, and the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who ensures financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial planning processes, including annual business reviews and multi-year plans.

  • Partner with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives.

  • Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and market dynamics.

  • Provide financial support for critical transactions, including accruals, reclassifications, and reconciliations.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring accuracy and accountability across departments.

  • Deliver rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to guide operational and strategic decisions.

  • Analyze variances versus budget/forecast and provide clear, actionable insights.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform in-depth analysis of business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.

  • Prepare, review, and present accurate financial reports and KPIs to executive leadership.

  • Monitor financial results and track performance against targets, budgets, and forecasts.

Corporate Accounting

  • Oversee end-to-end corporate accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

  • Manage preparation of statutory and management reports, including financial statements.

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business unit leaders to assess financial implications of operational decisions.

  • Partner with sales, operations, and corporate teams to ensure financial targets are met.

  • Provide finance guidance to non-finance stakeholders to support business decision-making.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and efficiency in finance operations.

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation and enhanced financial systems.

  • Ensure integrity and reliability of financial data for decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Corporate Accounting roles, ideally in a B2B environment .

  • At least 2 years’ work experience in an Audit Firm .

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance principles.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment .
