Job Summary

We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Head of Finance to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and forecasts
  • Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
  • To ensure legal requirements are met
  • Review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs
  • Able to work under tight deadline for management accounts / reporting
  • Manage the audit process and ensure company’s financial records are in line with IFRS reporting standard
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA preferred.
  • Working experience in full-set Accounting, Corporate Finance and Management Reporting
  • Mixture of audit firm and in-house corporate experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Strong management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solution orientated
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
