Availability to work US time zones Location: Remote (WFH), Greater Manila Area, Philippines Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX, Flow, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Translate business processes into effective Salesforce solutions. Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce lab demo environments for testing, demonstrations, and training sessions. Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, delegating tasks to deliver high‑quality projects that leverage AI in Salesforce. Serve as primary point of contact for clients and project managers, holding accountability for project team performance. Provide technical support and training to users, explaining generative AI fundamentals. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements around Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI capabilities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience developing specifically for Salesforce, especially Sales and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce Einstein, out‑of‑the‑box Generative AI & predictive features (Case Classification, Predictive tooling), Agent Studio (copy‑to‑paste), Data Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. Exposure to generative AI technologies or capabilities. Hands‑on experience with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow within Salesforce. Understanding of data management and governance best practices, including privacy and consent. Proficient in programming using Salesforce.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related discipline. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. Self‑motivated with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work within a virtual global team environment and deliver multiple projects on time.
