Our Global Talent Marketing & Insights team’s purpose is to build, execute and be known for best-in-class Talent Marketing, driven by insight, with an ED&I lens across everything we do, to deliver the right outcomes for our clients.
Following a new client win, we are currently seeking an experienced recruitment marketing professional to join the team as a Global Talent Marketing & Insight Manager. A key role within this team, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Marketing & Insights, you will lead all Talent Marketing initiatives for this global Financial Services client.
Responsibilities
- Acting as employer brand guardian for this Financial Services client, you will take accountability for defining the holistic sourcing and attraction strategy from understanding the clients’ needs and using your knowledge and expertise to deliver results.
- Leveraging data insights and market intelligence to attract the best talent, you will stay up-to-date with industry trends, utilising cutting-edge sourcing techniques, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and act as a strategic advisor.
- Develop in depth knowledge of this global FS account, their brand positioning and candidate segments, to best inform our Talent Marketing strategy.
- Drive attraction and employer branding initiatives for this global client: You will create attraction and employer branding initiatives to position our client as an employer of choice. This will include target market segmentation, interpretation of the clients’ employer brand, leveraging digital platforms, creating compelling content, partnering with Direct Recruiters and leveraging relationships with external partners and suppliers as well as collaboration with the wider Talent Marketing & Insights Centre of Excellence.
- Utilise data insights: You will work with performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights so that you make data-driven decisions, optimise strategies, and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders. Working with our TM&I Analyst, this will include monitoring media inventory levels and maximising utilisation of sourcing tools to deliver optimum ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: You will partner with various stakeholders in each region, including our Operations teams, the client’s TA, Employer Branding and HR teams, and external partners and suppliers, to ensure alignment and best practice execution of attraction and engagement activities. Building strong relationships and effectively communicating strategies, insights and initiatives will be essential to your success in this role.
- Stay updated on industry trends: You will keep abreast of the latest trends and tools and best practices in talent marketing and proactively recommend innovative approaches and tools to enhance our global talent strategies.
- Client relationships: You will partner and develop strong relationships with our client to completely understand their talent needs and challenges to create and deliver talent attraction solutions that drive the best outcomes and experience for them. Delighting our customers at every part of their journey is at the core of this role and how we do business.
- Proven experience in recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, media management, talent community engagement and employer branding. Financial Services recruitment experience would be an advantage.
- Able to demonstrate the delivery of innovative and successful sourcing strategies across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic ability to develop and execute comprehensive talent attraction and engagement strategies
- Knowledge of employer branding, digital marketing, and talent acquisition practices
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing tech, CRMs, talent attraction channels and tools, social media management and data analytics tools.
- Experience having delivered Talent Pool Comms strategy to build brand advocacy and support CRM conversions.
- Knowledge of programmatic media platforms such as AppCast, Joveo etc. would be an advantage
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work as part of cross regional team for a key client
- Advisory/consultative skills with an investigative approach to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions
