Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controller to join our finance team. The Financial Controller will oversee the company\'s financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent financial acumen, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of the company\'s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and regular financial forecasting. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  • Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company\'s cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal financial operations. Develop strategies to improve cash flow and minimize financial risk.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that support business growth and long-term sustainability. Provide financial insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • System Optimization: Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, with a strong track record in financial management and reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
