Must be willing to work in Quezon City One (1) Full-Time position is available. JOB SUMMARY Seeks new prospective clients and develops existing client business relationships. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Conduct regular sales calls to existing and prospective clients 2. Prepare Company Profile to be submitted to prospective clients/customers. 3. Prepare accreditation requirements for new clients. 4. Search for bidding projects to PhilGeps for Government agencies. 5. Prepare and review bidding submittals for Gov’t. and private Projects. 6. Request budget for the procurement of Bidding documents for Government/Private clients. 7. Attend pre-bid conference with client/customer. 8. Attend site inspection to a client/customer. 9. Develop a relationship with a client/customer. Ask for their feedback to enhance the quality of service. 10. Assist the accounting department with the collection of billing for ongoing and completed projects. 11. Follow-up billings for ongoing and completed projects (Retention Money). 12.
