Senior AI Full-Stack Developer

OneSeven Tech (OST) is seeking an Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. We are looking for someone who focuses on building and deploying full-scale applications while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

A fast-moving U.S.-based compliance startup is building tooling to help Meta advertisers stay within ad policy guidelines—and avoid costly account suspensions. The team is mid-way through an ambitious delivery cycle, and we’re looking for a senior engineer to jump in and own full-stack features from day one .

This is part of a broader strategy to stabilize sprint velocity, bring in high-signal contributors, and ship production-ready code across both backend and frontend systems.

You’ll join a lean, distributed team and play a critical role in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
• Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
• Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
• Work independently, while syncing with team lead and the broader product team.
• Owning your output and maintaining momentum across 4–6 sprint cycles
  

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and cares about velocity without compromising code quality .

You’ve seen what it takes to ship features in fast-paced, distributed environments. You value clarity, autonomy, and clear ownership. You don’t need micromanagement—and you communicate well enough to make async work feel seamless.

You’re a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

You might be based anywhere in the world, but you’re available for collaboration windows with PH or EMEA teams and can commit to 30–40 hours/week (with some flexibility).

• 5+ years of full-stack experience
• Python (Flask) – solid production experience
• React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
• Familiarity with Celery for async task management
• Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
• Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases

• Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
• Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
• Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
• Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments

Meta's ad ecosystem is both powerful and unforgiving. Compliance violations can result in bans, suspensions, or massive revenue loss for advertisers. We’re helping build infrastructure to protect them—with AI workflows and policy-aware automation.

You’ll help a live product ship faster and better. You’ll own core parts of the stack. And you’ll be part of a remote-first team that values delivery over drama.

• Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation (individual contributor)
• Project Focus: Sprint support & feature delivery
• Commitment: 30–40 hours/week preferred (flexible for strong contributors)
• Initial Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
• Location: Global (preference for PH/EMEA time overlap)
