3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We’re looking for a Senior Marketing & Automation expert who combines strong funnel‑building, copywriting, and AI‑driven process optimization skills with the structure and reliability of a project manager. You’ll work directly with the founder to conceptualize, build, and optimize marketing funnels, while also dramatically improving internal workflows through automation and AI tools. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thrives on innovation and independent execution. Part‑time: Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours) Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH‑based candidates preferred) Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Monthly Rate: $ (based on a 20‑hour workweek; flexible depending on experience) What You’ll Be Doing: Funnel Building & Marketing Execution Design and implement end‑to‑end marketing funnels (e.g., Freebie Funnels, Masterclass Funnels), including landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, upsells, and thank‑you pages Write and structure high‑converting copy for pages and emails, leveraging AI tools for multilingual adaptation (e.g., German) Collaborate on marketing and brand concepts, translating ideas into actionable campaigns and funnel assets Manage integrations and automations between CRMs, email platforms, and funnel tools using software like Make (Integromat) Continuously analyze funnel performance to suggest and implement improvements to conversion rates and user experience Project Management Independently manage your own workload and priorities with an "agency mindset"—structured, self‑organized, and deadline‑driven Use Asana (or similar tools) to plan, track, and deliver projects, coordinating timelines, milestones, and dependencies Create project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure all marketing and automation initiatives stay on track Contribute to process clarity through clear documentation and updates AI Integration & Workflow Optimization Utilize ChatGPT and other advanced AI tools to enhance productivity and build internal AI workflows Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and integrate new tools for efficiency across the business Develop AI‑powered agents or processes for sales, content creation, and funnel building Help transition knowledge management (e.g., from Evernote to Notion) to a more effective, AI‑integrated system Who You Are: 5+ years of experience in online marketing, funnel building, or marketing automation Proven expertise in end‑to‑end funnel creation (landing pages, CRM workflows, nurture sequences, etc.) Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write persuasive marketing copy Deep familiarity with automation tools such as Make (Integromat) and funnel builders (e.g., Funnelbox, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar) Prior experience building AI agents or chatbots and a strong ability to implement AI workflows in marketing and operations Experience managing projects using Asana or similar tools Excellent self‑management, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic environments Fluent in English; German proficiency would be a strong plus Nice‑to‑Have Skills: Background in a digital agency or specialized marketing automation environment Experience writing or contributing to marketing and brand strategy documents Knowledge of Notion, Evernote, or other productivity platforms Recruitment Process: Initial Interview (HR/Recruiter) Final Interview (Client) #J-18808-Ljbffr
