Job Description
The Business Process Manager for digitalization and automation initiatives is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes to leverage digital technologies. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and enable scalable automation solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation within existing processes.
  • Lead end-to-end process analysis, re-engineering, and documentation to support digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, technology vendors, and business units to develop, test, and implement automated workflows, RPA, and other digital tools.
  • Establish and maintain process governance standards for digitalized workflows.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on process performance post-implementation to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Educate and facilitate change management initiatives related to digital transformation efforts.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices in BPM, automation, and process optimization.
