Your Role

The
Process Re-engineering Officer
conducts business process review and manage and lead end-to-end business process improvements that impact on Maybank's customer service delivery and compliance to regulations, policies and procedures. The role ensures that policies and procedures are in line with the industry practice and that only best practices are adopted by the Bank.

Your Impact

  • Plan and monitor the development and implementation of assigned projects, both local and regional
  • Report through agreed reporting lines the progress of assigned projects
  • Prepare any follow-through action recommendations as required.
  • Conduct post implementation review
  • Establish contact with other banks to set-up source for data gathering.
  • Conduct research either through the net or actual bank inquiries
  • Compare data gathered and adopt best practices
  • Prepare test scripts that shall be used in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), i.e. positive/negative testing and related transactions that may affect the enhancement
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on the prepared test scripts, as maybe necessary

Your Profile

  • Graduate of any business course
  • With at least four (4) years work experience in the same capacity and in related fields
  • Must be holding at least a Supervisor position from previous work
  • With at least one (1) year experience in manual writing
