Job Description
HR Officer – SIMCARD MULTIPURPOSE COOPERATIVE
Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with teams such as sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, ERP software, etc.).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (e.g., CRM, inventory management systems).
Additional Skills (optional): MS Office, Project Management, Computer Literate, Customer Oriented, Online Ads Evaluator, Content Moderation.
