4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Traffic Manager acts as the operational hub for E&T projects, coordinating deliverables, monitoring progress in Smartsheet, communicating with project managers and directors, and keeping editorial and design teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency, quality, and timeline discipline. Responsibilities Provide resource allocation and manage the daily flow of education and training projects across editorial, design, and content management phases. Maintain and monitor Smartsheet project trackers, updating timelines and task assignments based on communication with the project manager or director. Anticipate and communicate potential bottlenecks or resourcing conflicts before they impact Editorial, Design, or Content Management teams. Route content (storyboards, modules, facilitator guides, etc.) to the appropriate editorial, design, or content management resources when primary resources are unavailable. Serve as the central coordinator between project managers, graphic designers, editors, and content management team members for resource allocation. Ensure all stakeholders have the information, assets, and timelines they need to execute their work efficiently. Facilitate daily or weekly workflow meetings to align priorities, status updates, and deadlines. Generate weekly project status and resource reports for graphics, editorial, and content management team leaders. Continuously improve Smartsheet usage to enhance visibility, reduce manual updates, and streamline coordination. Uphold E&T business unit processes, file management standards, and version control. Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8am-5pm EST Requirements Skills and Qualifications - Hard and Soft Skills 3+ years of project coordination or traffic management experience in a learning, training, or creative production environment (life sciences experience preferred). Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, including dashboards, automations, reports, and templates. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of education and training workflows, especially content creation, design, and review cycles. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Strong written and spoken English skills.
