Job Title: Billing Associate

Location: Excuadra tower, 1 Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, Brgy. San Antonio, Pasig city

Job Summary:

The Billing Associate is responsible for supporting the Finance and Accounting Department through the accurate and timely processing of billing-related transactions. This role focuses primarily on administrative tasks related to payment processing—both incoming and outgoing—and handles internal, external, and inter-company billing activities. The Billing Associate ensures proper documentation, coordination, and compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices for internal departments, external clients, and inter-company transactions.
  • Monitor and record incoming payments and ensure accurate allocation to appropriate accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify billing details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely billing.
  • Facilitate processing of outgoing payments to vendors, suppliers, and partner entities.
  • Maintain organized records of billing documents, payment confirmations, and related correspondences.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and payable, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Generate regular billing and payment status reports for management review.
  • Respond to billing inquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
  • Support other administrative tasks related to finance operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in billing, finance, or administrative roles (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
