Through their proprietary conversational ad technology, they enable advertisers to capture attention, unlock actionable custom audiences, and activate them seamlessly across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and the open internet.

The Role

As a Senior Ad Operations Manager , you’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and performance. You will:

  • Translate campaign objectives into programmatic strategies, including audience building and inventory curation.
  • Manage setup and delivery across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr Curate.
  • Oversee campaign pacing, optimization, profitability, and KPI reporting.
  • Deliver weekly and post-campaign analysis, insights, and consultancy.
  • Provide troubleshooting and proactive recommendations.
  • Support the team with pre- and post-sales activities, assisting in cross- and upselling.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a regional Ad Operations team across Southeast Asia.
And You

We’re looking for an experienced, analytical, and hands-on digital advertising expert with:

  • Strong background in managing digital campaigns (mobile preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and curation tools.
  • Deep knowledge of Programmatic Buying, including SSPs, RTB, DMPs, and audience targeting.
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns towards performance KPIs.
  • Experience in brand lift studies, footfall measurement, and deriving insights from large datasets.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
