Ideal candidates should be fluent in both Chinese and English , have prior site-based translation experience , and be comfortable working in a remote construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate oral and written communications between Chinese and English/Nepali languages. Assist Chinese engineers and managers in coordinating with local workers and stakeholders. Interpret at meetings, site briefings, and technical discussions. Prepare bilingual documentation and assist in daily reporting. Support internal communication and ensure clarity across multi-national project teams. Qualifications & RequirementsProven fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written). Proficiency in computer use for documentation, emails, and report preparation. Prior translation experience in a construction or hydropower project setting is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills. Willingness to work full-time at the project site under field conditions.
