Overview

We’re not just another company growing fast; we focus on post-production for video with AI-enhanced workflows. We are a remote team with headquarters in Canada and teams in Ukraine and the Philippines. Our goal is high-quality post-production services with maximum use of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

We currently need a full-time , remote Project Manager . This is not an IT-related job or business.

What are we looking for?
  • FLUENT ENGLISH. The interview will be in English. Special attention given to English teachers, translators, and people who use fluent English for professional purposes.
  • You do not need deep knowledge of the video production industry or video design. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook is helpful.
  • A strong and error-free ability to conduct business correspondence is essential. At least 2 years of experience in any role requiring written communication with people with an IQ above 100.
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic (e.g., sum or difference of two-digit numbers) without a calculator.
  • Proficient computer usage and a stable home internet connection with high-speed internet; married or engaged to a smartphone is common among applicants.

Salary : $500-$1000 (USD), depending on interview and performance.

What will you do?
  • Make existing clients happy and retain their business.
  • No need to look for new clients; work with existing ones.
  • Respond to client messages quickly and efficiently.
  • Set tasks for video editors and manage the workflow.
  • Check video quality for subtitle accuracy, visual issues, and ensure deliverables are sensible for an average viewer.
  • Maintain feedback between clients and internal teams to improve editing processes; protect employees from difficult client interactions.
  • Work 8 hours a day on a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday (weekends off).
What will your workday look like?
  • The client provides a task; you clarify details with the client.
  • Assign a clear task to the video editor or Team Lead.
  • Send the completed video to the client and collect payment.
  • Share client praise with colleagues as appropriate.
  • Manage 30-50 regular clients.
  • Focus on delivering a perfect video on time and within budget; health issues of others are not the client’s concern.
  • Salary is tied to rate plus a percentage of client payments.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year and 10 public holidays with dates of your choosing.
  • Lots of work and potential earnings beyond the stated rates.
