Our mission is to restore buying power and make quality living affordable for everyone. This role will report to our Distribution Center in Taytay, Rizal. Job Description What You'll Do: You will design and implement QA protocols for OSave private label items across food, non-food, and household categories You will own the quality issue management process across the OSave supply chain from supplier to store shelf You will establish quality control procedures, testing protocols, and supplier inspection processes specifically for OSave private labels You will conduct supplier audits and product inspections to validate OSave PL standards You will oversee consumer testing and implement feedback systems to enhance OSave PL product quality You will ensure OSave private labels comply with Philippine regulatory requirements (FDA, DTI-BPS, DOH, DA-BAFS) You will maintain current documentation on quality certifications, government compliance, and OSave product traceability Requirements What You'll Bring: You have 5+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries You hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related field with relevant certifications in quality management systems strongly preferred You possess comprehensive understanding of local compliance requirements including FDA food safety standards, DTI-BPS certification processes, and DOH regulations for consumer products You demonstrate advanced proficiency in quality management systems (ISO 9001, HACCP), testing protocols, audit procedures, and data analysis to identify trends and drive continuous improvement opportunities Benefits What You'll Gain: Company Car + Gasoline Coverage HMO health insurance 15 days of vacation leave and 15 days of sick leave The opportunity to join a growing company that's changing retail in the Philippines and expanding across Southeast Asia #J-18808-Ljbffr
