Overview Senior Financial Analyst (Private Assets Financial Reporting) at Manulife. Located in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages in collaboration with the North America team. Prepare financial statements and disclosures in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP; note that knowledge of US GAAP is not required and clear instructions will be provided from the North America team. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of information from third-party Fund Administrators and internal operations and reporting teams. Coordinate and support Managers and Directors with the external audit process. Complete monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and senior management, including AUM, Net Asset Values, and Returns. Prepare and analyze financial and non-financial information in financial statements, investment management reports, consultant questionnaires, and other investor communications for funds and separately managed accounts. Prepare cash flows and distribution models; perform supporting analyses. Develop fund-level expense budgets and cash flows; prepare forward-looking analyses and projections with input from the Director & Manager of Financial Reporting and the Portfolio Management team. Monitor fund and REIT-level expenses against budgets. Assist in preparing Board of Directors reporting packages on a quarterly basis for various funds. Represent the finance function on internal working groups and committees within Finance and Asset Management. Support the execution of acquisitions and financing transactions for Real Estate portfolios. Assist with Yardi system implementation/conversion and collaborate with the Real Estate Transformation team. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders; contribute to ad-hoc projects and new initiatives within the department. Qualifications Professional Accounting Designation (CPA). Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Minimum 3 years of related experience in external financial reporting / FP&A for Real Estate Investment Trusts or Real Estate Operating Companies and/or similar roles in Alternative Asset Management. Strong knowledge of IFRS. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholders. Well-organized with energy and initiative to perform in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of confidence. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and establish priorities to meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint) for developing reports, documents, and presentations. Experience with Yardi system is an asset. Experience in working in an auditing firm is preferred. Willingness to work mid-shift (2 PM–11 PM Manila time).
