Recruitment Deputy Manager @ Shakey's Philippines | Business/Managerial Economics General Description: A professional who is responsible for maintaining a brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals, and creating content for successful campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: Leads in the planning and execution of brand-building projects. Tracks progression of projects and takes necessary steps to keep activities on the course. Assists in the development and execution of the Marketing Plan by providing a digital perspective o Creates and suggest research-based digital strategies to further boost brand efforts across all social media platforms. Coordinate all requests for sponsorships and make recommendations for direct report approval. Supports handling complaints management related to the brand/Marketing, in coordination with QM who currently leads overall feedback and complaints management. Manages all digital platforms of the brand from content to copy through scheduling and posting marketing materials whilst compiling user-generated content that can be reposted by the brand. Track competitor activities and propose counteractions as necessary. Coordinates with various presses for possible online collaborations and articles related to the brand. Scouts and coordinates with content creators for Marketing campaigns wherein they are required to post materials that will boost awareness of the brand. Promotes important store openings and product launches effectively online, in collaboration with the Products and Promotions Lead. Provides brand and project updates on a regular basis to senior management. Actively looks for opportunities for possible publicity materials for trend jacking or to aid Marketing campaigns as needed. Supervises the Local Store Marketing and Channels team – in charge of the development and execution of o Programs and promotions at a local store level of Programs in the brand’s business channels such as Delivery, E-commerce, and Special Events *Refer to JD of LSM & Channels Marketing Officer for more details. Offers support in the execution of projects led by other members of the Marketing team. Assists in Marketing-related support for International Market Group (IMG). Work Experience Requirement: With Digital Marketing Skills Customer Service Excellence Knowledge Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Willing to do store rounds for better market understanding. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work and coordinate with internal and external teams. Ability to maximize the use of resources, limited or not. Ability to work flexibly and easily adapt to change. Works with diligence and identifies opportunities to streamline or improve processes. Enthusiastic and energetic Always embodies company core values. Energized by an entrepreneurial environment. Self-reliant, responsible, and proactive Accountable to own mistakes and errors and quick to act on possible fixes.
