The BRAND MANAGER will lead marketing strategies and growth for the assigned brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about spotting market trends, developing new products, and implementing branding strategies to enhance competitiveness. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Brand Strategy & Positioning: Analyze competitors to understand market dynamics and identify brand positioning opportunities. Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive profits, sales, and market share. Ensure consistent brand representation by implementing brand guidelines. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and unmet needs. Collaborate with R&D, design, and marketing teams to create new product concepts. Lead product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability while staying competitive. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess brand performance and areas for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Brand or Product Management, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Restaurant industries. Strong understanding of the full product mix. Excellent analytical skills combined with creativity. Data-driven mindset with a strong affinity for numbers. Strong organizational and project management skills. Highly innovative with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
