The Role: Recruitment Coordinator Imagine being the person who connects skilled healthcare professionals with the patients and families who rely on them. You’re not just filling roles—you’re building teams. You screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and make sure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. You don’t just recruit. You care about fit, timing, and getting it right. Whether you’re coordinating interviews, sourcing hard‑to‑find candidates, or supporting background checks and compliance tasks, your work directly helps improve patient care. As a Recruiter at ClearDesk, you’ll work with a U.S.–based healthcare client, managing a range of roles from caregivers to licensed professionals. You’ll work closely with their internal team to hit hiring goals, improve workflows, and keep everything moving, even when priorities shift quickly. What Your Days Might Look Like: Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards Support document collection, license verification, and background checks Track recruitment funnel metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time‑to‑hire Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: 1+ years of recruitment experience Recruited for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles Confident on the phone, great with follow‑ups, and skilled at closing candidates Proactive, self‑managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once Creative source using social media, job boards, and AI tools Experienced with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics Highly organized and detail‑oriented with compliance tasks Clear communication in English (written and spoken) Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup Willing to work in a U.S. time zone schedule Able to secure the required technical setup: 720p webcam, 25 Mbps primary internet, backup laptop, backup internet device and power source, main computer with at least Intel Core i5 and 8 GB RAM, backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Why ClearDesk?
