The Job There is no one typical Executive Assistant role. Every business and every client is a little different. Manage and maintain the client's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Remain highly available and responsive during the day to quickly address any requests or issues that arise Oversee the client's emails by labeling and sorting, prioritizing tasks, and drafting responses Assist with personal tasks and errands to help streamline the client's day Help your client find moments of joy in their day with surprises or unprompted help. To meet growing client demand, you may be matched with a role different from the one you originally applied for, particularly if it aligns with your past experience (e.g., customer support). This shift isn’t just about filling a gap; it’s about placing you where you can make an immediate impact. Our hiring process is simple and focused. We start by carefully reviewing your resume, then invite you to share a short (2-minute) intro video so we can get to know you beyond the paperwork. From there, you’ll go through friendly and thoughtful conversations: a quick (20-30 minute) chat with one of our Recruiters → a final conversation with our CEO. Once you’ve completed the interviews, you’ll join a comprehensive paid training program that runs for 3 - 4 weeks, starting on the third or fourth week of November 2025. We’re looking for exceptional talents ready to take the next step in their careers—especially those transitioning from Virtual Assistant to Executive Assistant roles and eager to elevate their impact. We’re searching for driven professionals who: Have at least 2 years of solid experience as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English Are assertive, reliable, and have a strong work ethic Excel at anticipating client needs Embody proactivity and bring value to their work Takes their role seriously and with high regard Are able to work overnight PH shifts (during daytime in Eastern or Pacific time zones in North America and Canada) Possess a dependable computer and a stable internet connection Are Filipinos based in the Philippines Salary: ₱50,000 - 55,000 per month, paid semi-monthly Work setup and schedule: Fully remote, Full-time EST / PST work hours, Monday to Friday Paid time off Holistic Paid Training Program and ongoing coaching, career development, and skill enhancement Upcoming benefits (2025 - 2026): HMO coverage SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth Performance-based bonuses Annual salary increase (performance-based) 13th month pay (prorated based on tenure) #J-18808-Ljbffr
