Job Title: Campaign Specialist Meta Ads Work Setup: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Campaign Specialist Meta Ads who will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will ensure effective targeting, maximize ad performance, and support the company's digital marketing goals through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Implement and maintain pixel tracking , custom conversions , and retargeting audiences . Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Manage ad budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure optimal ROI for each campaign. Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with business goals. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management . Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite , Ads Manager , and ad optimization tools. Experience in ad tracking , audience segmentation , and A/B testing . Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Proactive and solutions-focused; spots problems early and provides solutions. Continuously develops skills and applies feedback. Curious, analytical, and a critical thinker.
