The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining the company’s financial operations. This includes overseeing cash flow, monitoring payables and receivables, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting and government regulations. The role plays a key part in supporting management decisions through accurate financial data and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring. Assist in tax preparation, compliance with BIR and other government agencies. Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding finance matters. Recommend process improvements for better financial control and efficiency. Maintain organized and confidential financial records. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA not required but an advantage). Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong understanding of financial reporting and basic tax compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
