Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze designs and prepare preliminary sketches based on detailed instructions
  • Develop detailed architectural documentation using Revit, primarily for residential projects
  • Coordinate and oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support project approvals and delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with design and quality standards throughout all stages of documentation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience using Revit in an architectural setting
  • Experience working on residential projects
  • Strong understanding of architectural drafting and documentation processes

A Successful Candidate Must Have

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with external consultants and engineering teams

Proficient With

  • Revit (advanced level)
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience Advantage

  • Experience using Lumion or other architectural rendering software
  • Familiarity with energy assessments, engineering coordination, and utility application processes
  • Previous work experience in high-volume or fast-paced residential project environments
